The platform is free forever: CRM, tasks, Knowledge Base, documents and integrations for a team of up to 3 people. You pay only for AI employees: each one is billed separately, and the price depends on the role’s level (Assistant, Specialist, Sales).

An action is one reply to a client, a decision, an email or a document draft. Minutes cover live voice, video meetings with a live face and voiceover. The allowances of all your AI employees add up into one company pool.

We let you know when 80% is used. If the allowance runs out, AI employees wait until you buy an add-on pack of actions or minutes. Packs are valid for a year and switch on right after payment.

For the first 14 days, up to three AI employees work for free, no card needed. If you don’t subscribe, they pause, and all your data and settings are kept.

Card payments in USD and EUR are being enabled now. Until then, write to info@yakdu-group.ru and we’ll arrange payment in dollars or euros. Companies in Russia can already pay by card, SBP or invoice.

Yes. If your subscription is already running, we bill only for the days left in the period. After that, the new employee is billed together with everyone else.

Yes. If within 14 days of your first payment you decide not to continue and have used no more than 20% of the first month’s allowance, we refund the full amount. After that we refund the unused time. Details are in the Terms.

No, the AI never spends money without you. Each AI employee has its own permissions and limits, and every action it takes is in the log.
