Terms of Service

Opero is a business operating system with AI employees. The platform is free forever: CRM, tasks, knowledge base, documents and integrations for a team of up to 3 people. AI employees are paid: you hire each one for a role, and the price depends on the role level. See Pricing.

• You sign in with Telegram, Yandex or Google. Opero does not store passwords.
• The person who creates a company in Opero is its owner. The owner invites colleagues, assigns roles and decides what AI employees can do.
• Everyone uses their own account. Do not share your access.
• Keep the details about you and your company accurate.
• Opero is for businesses and for people aged 18 or over.
• Your company is responsible for activity in its account. If you notice access you do not recognize, tell us right away.

An AI employee works for your company and follows your rules. In settings, you decide what it does on its own and what needs your approval. Every action it takes is recorded in the log.

• AI can make mistakes. Check what matters: amounts, terms, documents and legal conclusions. The legal AI employee helps you spot risks; it is not a substitute for a lawyer.
• Messages, emails and documents an AI employee sends in your name or through your channels are sent by your company, and you are responsible for their content.
• When asked directly, an AI employee says it is an AI. Do not set it up to pretend to be a person.
• An AI employee never spends money without your approval.

Your first 14 days are free for up to 3 AI employees, no card required. The trial includes 600 AI actions and 30 voice & meeting minutes. If you do not pay for a subscription, your AI employees are paused, and all your data and settings are kept.

• Each AI employee is priced by role level: Assistant, Specialist or Sales. Current prices and limits are on our Pricing page and in Plan & Billing in the app. Both come from the Opero catalog at https://my.operobusiness.ru/api/billing/catalog.
• Prices depend on your company's country: US dollars for most countries, euros in the eurozone, rubles in Russia. Some regions have lower regional prices. You can change the country and currency only before your first payment.

Standard prices and monthly limits as of October 19, 2026 (United States, Western Europe and other countries in the main price tier):

• The price on an invoice is fixed. New prices apply only to invoices issued after they are published and never change a period you have already paid for. We give at least 14 days' notice of price increases.
• If VAT or another tax applies, it is shown on the invoice.

• Pay monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper for AI employees and seats.
• A period starts when your first invoice is paid and lasts a month or a year.
• There are no automatic charges: you pay for each period yourself, with a payment link or against an invoice.
• Five days before a period ends, we issue a renewal invoice for all active AI employees and seats and let you know in the app log and in Telegram.
• After a period ends, a 3-day grace period begins and AI employees keep working. Pay during the grace period and the new period continues without a gap. Otherwise AI employees are paused, and the new period starts when you pay.
• While paused, the platform stays available and your data and settings are kept. Once you pay, AI employees pick up where they left off.

• If your subscription is active, a newly hired AI employee is billed for the rest of the current period, pro rata by days, and then together with everyone else. It starts working once that invoice is paid.
• An AI employee you let go keeps working until the end of the paid period and is left out of the renewal. Until then, you can give its paid slot to a new AI employee of the same or a lower level at no extra cost.

• An AI action is one request from Opero to an AI model for your company's work. Usually that is one reply to a client, a decision, an email or a document draft; a complex task can take several actions.
• Minutes cover real-time voice, video meetings with the AI employee's live face, and text-to-speech. They are counted by the second.
• The limits of all your paid AI employees add up to one company pool for each month, including on yearly billing. Unused monthly limits do not carry over.
• We warn you when 80% of AI actions are used and when actions or minutes run out. When the pool is used up, AI employees wait until you buy an add-on pack. So that a conversation is not cut off mid-sentence, the pool can be exceeded by up to 5% at no charge.
• If processing your requests costs far more than normal for the paid volume (for example, because of very long documents or conversations), we may pause AI actions until you buy a pack, and we tell you so in Plan & Billing.
• Add-on packs hold 1,000 AI actions or 100 minutes. A pack works as soon as it is paid, is used after your subscription limits, carries over from month to month and expires 365 days after purchase.

Three seats for people on your team are free. Extra seats are billed monthly or yearly with your subscription. A seat added mid-period is billed for the rest of the period, pro rata by days.

• Companies in Russia pay by card or SBP on the bank's payment page, or by bank transfer against an invoice.
• To pay in US dollars or euros, email info@yakdu-group.ru and we will issue an invoice. We plan to add card payments in dollars and euros.
• When paying by bank transfer, put the Opero invoice number (for example OP-2026-000123) in the payment reference.
• An unpaid invoice expires after 30 days; you can request a new one.
• You enter card details on the payment provider's page. We never see or store them.

• Mistaken or duplicate payments are refunded in full.
• First subscription payment: if you decide within 14 days of it not to continue, we refund that payment in full, as long as no more than 20% of the first month's pool has been used. Otherwise the next rule applies.
• Cancelling early: we refund the unused full days of a monthly period, or the unused full months of a yearly one. For yearly billing, the months you have used are recalculated at the monthly price, because the 20% discount applies to a full year. If you have used more actions or minutes than the elapsed days account for, we deduct the extra usage at add-on pack prices.
• An add-on pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not started using it. A pack in use is not refundable and stays valid until it expires.
• Extra seats are refunded the same way as the subscription.
• Letting an AI employee go mid-period does not by itself trigger a refund: it keeps working until the period ends, and you can reuse its slot. If you want your money back for it, treat it as an early cancellation of that item.
• If AI employees are down for more than 24 hours in a row because of us, we extend your paid period by that many days or, if you prefer, refund those days.
• How to ask: the company owner emails info@yakdu-group.ru from the address on the account and includes the invoice number. We reply within 5 business days and refund with the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming.

• Data your company adds to Opero belongs to your company. You allow us to process it only to run Opero for you.
• We do not use your data to train general AI models, and we never show it to other customers.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and the Data Processing Agreement covers your clients' data.
• To get a copy of your company's data or delete it, the company owner emails us from the address on the account.

Do not use Opero for spam, fraud or anything illegal, or to violate other people's rights. The details are in our Acceptable Use Policy. If the rules are broken, we may pause outreach, an AI employee or access to the account.

Telegram, WhatsApp, Avito, email, Zoom, Google Meet, banks, 1C, Bitrix24, marketplaces and ad platforms have their own terms. By connecting them, you confirm that you are allowed to and that you follow their rules. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will help you reconnect.

We work to keep Opero running without interruptions, but we cannot promise it always will: updates happen, and so do provider and network outages. We announce planned maintenance that noticeably affects your work in advance.

We keep developing Opero: we add, change and sometimes remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we tell you in advance and offer an alternative or a refund for the unused period.

The Opero software, design and content belong to Yakdu Group LLC. While you use Opero, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it over the internet for your company's work. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer Opero, or work around its limits.

We do not claim the texts, emails, proposals, contracts or other materials AI employees prepare for you: use them in your work. Make sure they do not include third-party material you have no rights to.

• Opero is provided as is. We do not promise that it fits every purpose or is free of errors.
• We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for the consequences of acting on AI suggestions without checking them.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• These limits do not apply to intentional harm or where the law does not allow them.

• You can stop using Opero at any time. If you do not renew, AI employees are paused and your data is kept. To cancel early with a refund, see section 11.
• We may suspend access, outreach or an AI employee if these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken, if there is a security threat, or if the law requires it. We usually warn you first; for serious violations such as spam or fraud, we act immediately.
• To close the account and delete your company's data, the company owner emails us from the address on the account.

We publish new versions on this page with the date. We give at least 14 days' notice of material changes in the app, by email or in Telegram. If you keep using Opero after a change takes effect, you accept it. Changes never alter the price of a period you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Before going to court, send us a written claim by email; we reply within 10 business days. If we cannot resolve it, disputes go to the Arbitrazh Court of the Volgograd Region, unless the mandatory law of your country says otherwise.
