No. The AI describes treatments only as your menu does and never promises health benefits. If a guest needs medical massage prescribed by a doctor and you don't offer it, the AI suggests a clinic.
It shares the general list from your knowledge base and suggests checking with a doctor when in doubt. It never decides for the guest whether a treatment is safe and never asks about diagnoses.
You set the refund rules in the knowledge base. A staff member always makes the decision and processes any refund: the AI neither promises nor refuses one.
There's no ready-made integration with spa booking software yet. Bookings live in Opero and the calendar, and gift cards and corporate orders in pipelines.
Connections are encrypted, and backups are made every night. The AI never collects health details and never asks for ID or card details in messages.
