How much it costs

Each AI employee adds AI actions and voice & meeting minutes to your company pool: Assistant 1,500 actions and 30 minutes, Specialist 4,000 and 60, Sales 8,000 and 200 per month. Which role belongs to which level: how to hire an AI employee.

In the eurozone the same prices are in euros. Some regions have lower prices with somewhat smaller allowances. For companies in Russia prices are in rubles: 2,490 ₽, 4,990 ₽ and 9,990 ₽ per month by level. See pricing.

Free trial

14 days, up to three AI employees, no card needed. During the trial your whole company gets 600 AI actions and 30 voice & meeting minutes.

Three days and one day before the trial ends, Opero reminds you in the log and in Telegram. You can also pay earlier: the paid period starts when you pay.

Companies that used Opero before pricing launched got a transition month. Its end date is shown in Plan & Billing.

AI actions, minutes and add-on packs

An AI action is one reply, decision or draft. Minutes cover voice, meetings and voiceover. Usage for the current period is shown in the usage block.

• At 80% of your actions, Opero warns you. When the allowance runs out, AI employees wait until you buy an add-on pack. A conversation in progress isn’t cut off mid-sentence.
• Packs are bought with the buttons for 1,000 actions or 100 minutes. They are used after your subscription allowance and are valid for a year.
• Unused subscription allowance doesn’t carry over to the next period.

How to pay

1. 1Open Money, Plan & Billing.
2. 2Choose monthly or yearly (20% off) and click Pay subscription. The amount covers all your AI employees and extra seats.
3. 3Choose a payment method.

• In rubles, by card or SBP (Russia’s Faster Payments System): the payment page of Tochka bank opens. Opero never sees your card details. After paying you return to Opero and the status updates on its own.
• In rubles, by invoice for a company: a printable invoice opens. Pay it from your bank and put the invoice number in the payment reference: then the payment is credited automatically, usually within 1-2 business days.

All invoices are listed in the invoices block: there you can open the printable invoice for your accountant, pay, check the payment status or cancel an invoice.

Renewal

Five days before the period ends, Opero issues a renewal invoice and notifies you in the log and in Telegram. You can pay it right away to renew early. There is no automatic card charge for now: each period is paid with its own invoice.

To pay less, fire the AI employees you don’t need before renewal: the renewal invoice includes only the employees who are working.

Hiring or firing in the middle of a period

• You hire an employee while the subscription is paid: Opero immediately issues an invoice for the remaining days of the period only.
• You fire a paid employee: their place stays paid until the end of the period, and you can hire another employee of the same or a lower level into it for free.
• An extra seat for a person: the add seat button in the seats block. You pay for the remaining days of the period.

What happens without payment

• The free trial ended: AI employees are paused.
• A renewal wasn’t paid: AI employees keep working for 3 more days (the status says payment is awaited), then they pause.

While paused, everything the AI does stops: AI employees, replies in channels, the command bar, building proposals, meetings. The platform itself (CRM, tasks, Knowledge Base) keeps working, and all your data and settings are kept. After payment, AI employees continue where they left off.
