Common issues and what to do
These are the questions people ask support most often. Find your section and check the items in order.

The Opero interface is switching to English right now, screen by screen. Some buttons and labels may still be in Russian: this guide uses their English names.

Sign-in and team
There is no Google sign-in button
If you are visiting from Russia, the Google button isn’t shown. Sign in with Telegram or Yandex.
I signed in but can’t see my company
- Sign in the same way you did the first time. Google and Yandex with the same email open one account, while Telegram leads to its own.
- If you belong to several companies, click the company name at the top of the menu and choose the right one.
A new person can’t accept the invitation
- Check for free seats: Plan & Billing, the seats block. If none are free, add a seat.
- The link may have expired: create a new one in People with Invite.
- The person should sign in with the account they will keep using.
An AI employee does nothing
- Open the employee’s profile. If it says the employee is paused, click Resume.
- Check the work mode. In Observes mode the employee does nothing on its own: choose Suggests or Works on its own.
- Check the schedule in the Settings tab. Outside working hours the employee only collects email.
- Check email: without it the employee can’t write to clients.
- Look at the bar at the top of the screen and at Plan & Billing: the employee may be waiting for payment, or AI actions for this period may have run out.
- Click Run now so the employee checks email, tasks and chats right away.
Only the owner or an admin can hire AI employees. A company can have up to 30 AI employees.
Emails are not sent or land in spam
- In Suggests mode emails wait for your approval: Today, the Decide now block.
- A new Opero address has a daily warm-up limit: beyond it, emails stay as drafts. How many you can send today is shown in mail health in the Email tab.
- On its own, an employee sends no more than 30 replies and task emails a day, then drafts.
- The person unsubscribed or their address doesn’t exist: the AI no longer writes to such addresses.
- Your own mailbox won’t connect: you need an app password, not your normal email password.
To stay out of spam: write to people your offer really fits, don’t send many emails from a new address and keep an eye on mail health. Details: the AI employee’s mailbox.
Nobody replies in a channel
Telegram bot, WhatsApp or Avito
- Check the channel mode: when it is off, the employee stays silent.
- Check the employee’s own mode: in Suggests replies wait for your approval, and if it Observes or is paused, it stays silent.
- Check which employee is assigned to reply.
- If you recreated the bot in BotFather or Avito issued new keys, connect the channel again.
Personal Telegram
- You need Telegram Premium: only it includes Telegram Business.
- In Telegram, Settings, Telegram Business, Chatbots must include @bonoor_bot with permission to reply to messages.
- With “except contacts”, the bot doesn’t reply to people in your contacts: this is intended.
- Check that the personal Telegram card is set to Draft or Auto, not Off.
No notifications or briefing in Telegram
- Settings, the Telegram notifications block: it should say Telegram is linked, and notifications should be switched on.
- If you sent /stop to the bot, notifications are off: switch them on again.
- Send a test message: if it doesn’t arrive, open @operoOS_bot, tap Start and try again.
- For the briefing, check the morning briefing block: it must be on, and the time is shown there.
Bank and statement
- The bank doesn’t respond to this token: issue a new token in your online bank and connect the bank again.
- The token isn’t accepted: copy it in full, without spaces.
- The statement won’t upload: you need a file in 1C format (a .txt text file). If the file is too large, export a shorter period.
Paying for Opero
I paid but the status didn’t change
- Card or SBP: wait a minute and check the payment status next to the invoice in the invoices block.
- Invoice for a company: money usually arrives within 1-2 business days. The payment reference must include the invoice number.
- If more than two business days have passed, write to support and attach the payment order.
AI actions ran out, or AI usage reached the plan limit
Buy an add-on pack in the usage block of Plan & Billing. If minutes ran out, you need a minutes pack.
The AI employee didn’t join the meeting
- If the meeting has a waiting room, let the employee in: the status says it is waiting to be let in.
- Paste the full link, including the password.
- One employee can be in one meeting at a time, and a company has a daily meeting limit.
- Check that voice & meeting minutes are left in Plan & Billing.
The command bar doesn’t run an instruction
Each company can run 20 commands per hour. Wait a little, or give the task to an AI employee in their profile.
