Getting started: sign in and first steps

Open my.operobusiness.ru or click Try for free on the website.

1. 1On the sign-in screen, choose how to sign in: the Telegram button, Continue with Google or Continue with Yandex.
2. 2Confirm the sign-in in the Telegram, Google or Yandex window.
3. 3If you don’t have a company yet, Opero offers to create one right away.

Create a company or join a team

After your first sign-in you see the welcome screen with two tabs.

• Create company: enter the company name and, optionally, a Russian taxpayer number (INN), then click Create company.
• Join: paste the invitation code or link you got from the company owner and click Join.

Launch your company in 3 minutes

Right after you create a company, the launch wizard opens.

1. 1In the Website or INN field, enter your website (for example, yourcompany.com) or the INN of a Russian company or sole trader. For a company in Kazakhstan the field is called Website or BIN: enter the company BIN or a sole proprietor's IIN, and the details come from the Kazakhstan business registry.
2. 2Optionally pick your industry: Salon, Auto service, Education, Fitness, Workshop or Wholesale. If you skip it, Opero works it out from your website.
3. 3Click Launch. The steps run in order: finding the company, reading the website, filling in the profile, hiring the AI staff, finding first clients and preparing first emails.
4. 4Check the result: your company profile, the AI employees you hired and links to what to do next.

You can close the window: the launch keeps running and the result appears on your home screen. No website at hand? Choose to fill in the profile manually. If you close the wizard without launching, you can skip and go straight in, and launch later from the checklist on Today.

Your starter AI staff

If your company has no AI employees yet, the wizard hires three for your industry. All of them start in Suggests mode: they prepare replies and actions, and you decide.

During the free trial these three work for free. You can fire anyone you don’t need and hire others: how to hire an AI employee.

The Today screen and first steps

After the launch you land on Today: what your AI staff has done, what is waiting for your decision, money and tasks.

Until your company is fully set up, a launch checklist sits at the top. Go through it in order:

1. 1Fill in the company profile.
2. 2Hire your first AI employee.
3. 3Give your AI employee an email address: the AI employee’s mailbox.
4. 4Link Telegram for notifications: Opero in Telegram.
5. 5Turn on a lead source: auto search or the website lead form.
6. 6Turn on lead follow-ups: finding clients and emailing leads.

The Decide now block on Today collects emails and actions your AI employees are waiting for you to approve. You approve in one click and can edit an email’s text first.

The command bar and Ask Opero

You can give Opero instructions in plain words. Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and type, for example, “invoice Codelab for 48,000 rubles” or “how much money is in the pipeline”. You see the steps as they run, and if you close the bar, the result arrives as a notification.

The command bar can answer a question, find leads, hand work to an AI employee, hire an employee, create a task, draft an email, issue an invoice, start lead follow-ups and schedule a meeting. It prepares emails as drafts for your approval unless the employee works on its own. For a longer conversation, use Ask Opero in the Today section.

Free trial
