How to link Telegram

1. 1Open Settings, the Telegram notifications block.
2. 2Click Link Telegram. The @operoOS_bot bot opens.
3. 3Tap Start in the bot. Linking finishes on its own in a couple of seconds.
4. 4Back in Opero you will see that Telegram is linked. Click the test button to get a test message.

The notifications switch turns the bot’s messages on and off. You can unlink Telegram in the same block.

Approvals with one tap

When an AI employee in Suggests mode prepares an email or an action, the bot sends it with Approve and Reject buttons. Your decision shows up in Opero at once.

If you have already decided in the app, the Telegram message updates itself, so you never decide twice.

Decisions are made by the owner, an admin or the AI employee’s manager. More about modes: autonomy and approvals.

Instructions by text and voice

Write to the bot or send a voice message, for example: “Anna, prepare emails for three new leads” or “How much money is in the pipeline?”. The bot passes the instruction to your AI staff and sends back the result.

You can also send the bot a photo or PDF of a waybill, a Russian universal transfer document (UPD) or an invoice: it reads the line items and prepares the document for your books.

• /company: choose the company, if you belong to several.
• /brief: send the morning briefing now.
• /stop: turn notifications off.

Morning briefing

Every morning the bot sends the company owner a voice message of about two minutes: what your AI staff did overnight, what is waiting for your decision, money and today’s tasks. Your AI director presents it in their own voice, or, if you don’t have one, the voice you chose on behalf of Opero.

Time, voice and company of the briefing are set in Settings, the morning briefing block. By default the briefing is on for company owners and arrives at 8:30 in your time zone; other team members can turn it on in the same place. Until Telegram is linked, you can listen to the briefing on Today.

Weekly report and other messages

The weekly report arrives on Mondays. Turn it on with the switch in the Telegram notifications block, where you can also send yourself a sample report.

The company owner also gets messages about the subscription: the free trial ending soon, a renewal invoice, payment received, AI actions or minutes running out.
