Proposal, contract and invoice in 30 seconds

Opero builds a set of three documents: a proposal, a contract and an invoice. Prices come from your price list, the client’s details are checked by taxpayer number, and your own company details are filled in automatically. It usually takes 6-12 seconds.

Updated

The Opero interface is switching to English right now, screen by screen. Some buttons and labels may still be in Russian: this guide uses their English names.

How to build a set

  1. Open Clients, Proposals & Contracts.
  2. Describe the task in words, for example: “proposal for Romashka for 10 haircuts a month, paid by invoice”.
  3. To use a client’s data, choose a client from your CRM, a conversation or a call. Then you only need to add what matters: quantity, timing, payment.
  4. Click to build the documents. You see the steps: reading the conversation and client card, understanding what the client needs, taking prices from your price list, checking the client’s details, laying out the proposal and contract, issuing the invoice.

You can also build a set right from a conversation or a lead card with the Proposal in 30 seconds button.

What you get

  • Proposal: pages with a cover, the offer, terms and timing, why choose you, and a validity date.
  • A service agreement or a supply contract, in PDF and Word.
  • Invoice: it appears in Money. The invoice is issued once every line item has a price and the client is specified.

You can edit the line items, the proposal texts and the client details, and the documents are rebuilt. If you enter the client’s taxpayer number (INN, or BIN for a client in Kazakhstan), their company details are filled in automatically. All sets are kept in the history on the right.

How to send it to the client

Click Send to client and choose where: into the conversation (if the set was built from one) or by email from the AI employee’s address. If the employee works in Suggests mode, sending waits for your approval first.

Price list, company details and design

For documents without gaps, fill in three things once:

  • Price list: Proposals & Contracts, the design and price list button, the price list tab (name, price, unit). Without a price list, items without a price are marked as “to be confirmed”.
  • Your company details for invoices: Money, invoice details. For Russian companies, the name, KPP, OGRN, address and director are filled in from the INN, and the bank from its BIK. Without these details, those lines in the contract and invoice stay empty.
  • A company from Kazakhstan enters its BIN (IIN for sole proprietors), bank BIC, IIK and Kbe: the name, address and director are filled in from the Kazakhstan business registry by the BIN, and the bank name by the BIC. The contract, proposal and invoice are in tenge with Kazakhstan VAT rates (16% standard rate from 2026), and the invoice has a payment details block with the BIN, IIK, Kbe and BIC.
  • Design: logo, cover color, contact person, phone, email and website. On the terms tab, set VAT and the terms the AI should take into account in proposals.

Design and terms apply to all new proposals and contracts of your company.

Waybills and supplier documents

In Money, Waybills, upload a photo or PDF of a supplier’s waybill, UPD or invoice. The AI reads the line items and checks the supplier, the arithmetic and VAT. You review it and post it: the expense appears in Finance and the supplier in Counterparties.

For 1C, Opero prepares an XLSX file to import. If 1C is connected, Opero also tries to create a draft receipt in it: this needs a 1C user with write access. You can also send the document to the Opero bot in Telegram.
