AI employee in a Zoom or Google Meet meeting

An AI employee joins a video meeting with its own face and voice. It openly introduces itself as an AI assistant, leads the conversation, presents slides if needed, and after the meeting sends a summary, tasks and an email to participants for your approval.

The Opero interface is switching to English right now, screen by screen. Some buttons and labels may still be in Russian: this guide uses their English names.

How to send an employee to a meeting

On Meetings in the Team section, click New meeting, then choose to send an AI employee. Or open the employee’s profile, the Meetings tab, and click to send them to a meeting.

  1. Choose which AI employee goes.
  2. Meeting link: paste the full Zoom or Google Meet invitation, including the password. The field also accepts Microsoft Teams and Webex links.
  3. Title and meeting goal: for example, “show how we work with companies and agree on a proposal”.
  4. Demo script: what to show and tell, step by step. You can insert the example or leave it empty: then the AI talks according to the meeting goal.
  5. Presentation: none, build one for the goal, upload a PDF or pick a ready one.
  6. Participants’ email for the summary: optional. The AI also picks up an address mentioned in the meeting or its chat.
  7. When: right now or at a set time. Then send or schedule.

An employee can be sent to a meeting by the owner, an admin or that employee’s manager.

How the meeting goes

  • The employee joins with its own face and voice, introduces itself as an AI assistant and writes this in the meeting chat.
  • It greets people first, asks whether it is a good time to talk and asks a couple of questions about the task.
  • Then it moves to the presentation, if there is one, and answers questions.
  • It quotes prices and terms only from your price list and Knowledge Base.
  • You can follow the meeting on Meetings: waiting to be let in, in the room listening, speaking, preparing the summary. You can stop the meeting at any time.

A meeting lasts at most 60 minutes, then the AI leaves on its own. One employee can be in one meeting at a time.

Presenting slides

The AI can build a presentation itself for the meeting goal using your company data. You can also upload your own PDF (up to 40 MB) or pick a ready one, and edit slides before the meeting.

  • With the presentation switch on, the employee moves through the slides and talks about each one, jumps to the right slide when asked and comes back.
  • With the switch off, the slides are on hand: the AI opens the right one when someone asks about prices or terms.

Summary after the meeting

After the meeting the employee prepares a summary: decisions, agreements and tasks with owners and deadlines. Tasks appear in Opero, and the summary email to participants (plus a proposal, if one was agreed) comes to you for approval as one suggestion. The email is not sent without your approval.

The summary stays on Meetings and in the Meetings tab of the employee’s profile. While the meeting is running, you can also see a live transcript there.

Invitations sent to the employee’s email

Forward a meeting invitation to the AI employee’s email. In Suggests mode it sends you a suggestion to attend, and in Works on its own mode it joins on its own at the set time.
